- Good knowledge of dialer management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dialer management
- Managing dialer operations
- Providing L1 voice support
- Real-time PRI monitoring
- Agent ID creation and deletion
- Creating and managing campaigns
- Uploading/re-churning data on dialer
- Agents alignment and real-time monitoring
- Restricting referral, PTP, DNC, wrong numbers, and paid accounts
- Filter change and strategy implementation
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Networking
- Knowledge of dialer will be an advantage
- Good communication skills - English (spoken & written)

- Should be flexible to work in a 7-day working environment with rotational offs
- Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts (between 8:00 AM 7:00 PM)
