Job Responsibility:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP QM solutions for business requirements. 
• Manage inspection lot processing, quality notifications, certificates, and batch management. 
• Configure inspection plans, sampling procedures, inspection characteristics, and catalogs. 
• Support quality processes in procurement, production, and sales (integration with MM, PP, SD, PM, WM, etc.). 
• Handle defect recording, usage decision, and quality certificates. 
• Work on batch management and classification in QM context. 
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for incidents and change requests. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration testing and UAT. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP QM in production environment.
